HOW TO BUY


Shopping at Indexshop is very easy. Just follow these steps:

Choose the section (Authors, Indexnewspaper, Books, Lamps…).
View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to see every detail, composition, reference code and price.
Select an item and add it to cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process.
Once you have entered your details, check that they are correctand click on continue.
We offer the following payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer.
If you make the payment via PayPal, please check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
If you make the payment via Bank Transfer, please send us the proof of payment together with your details to i@indexshop.info.
If you wish to have your VAT number on the invoice, please add this information to your details.
Confirm the order.
You will receive an email confirming your order.


GENERAL INFORMATION

In which countries is it possible to shop online?
You can currently shop worldwide.
Please beware that international buyers are responsible for eventual custom fees or taxes regarding any restrictions of their country to packages sent from Portugal.

How much will it cost?
Prices are as published on the website. Prices are in Euros and include VAT (if applicable).

Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
We aim to ensure that the product images on our website are as accurate as possible but there may be slight colour variations between the products and the images shown online.

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service. Print a copy of the order acknowledgment and e-mail and keep them for your records.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel, you must tell us in writing by e-mail that you want to do so.Your order can be cancelled until the payment is made.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Indexshop only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.
 

PAYMENT

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please send us your order by email with the proof of payment. After the payment confirmation, the item will be shipped to the provided address.

Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?
Yes. Simply add the tax information to your details.
For VAT exemption, please contact us by e-mail to i@indexshop.info.

Can I order Tax-free?
No, as Tax Free only applies to products bought in a store and which you transport.

Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Indexshop latest new products?
Yes. Simply fill in the Newsletter and you will receive information on Indexshop latest products and events.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please send an email to i@indexshop.info with the subject 'unsubscribe'.


DELIVERY

Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.).

How long it will take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is:
Portugal > 1 to 3 working days
Europe > 3 to 9 working days
Rest of the world > 5 to 15 working days


RETURNS

Is it allowed to return or exchange any product?
Please feel free to raise all the questions that you want before you order and the item is shipped.

How do I return an item?
Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt.
You must also keep the items in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging and send them back to us. Our contact details are:

How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 30 (thirty) days of the e-mail confirming shipment.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Please see 'Terms and Conditions'.

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible Indexnewspaper shop reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
