The SM1 series is made up of solid Tauari wood surfaces in seat or support height and auxiliary parts. The SM1 Chair is made up of a surface, a backrest piece and an armrest piece. Parts are optional and are secured by black Allen screws. Under the chair's feet are small rubber pads.
The SM1 Chair is the first piece of furniture in the series, launched in 2023.
Luiz Solano (São Paulo, 1995) is an architect who graduated from Escola da Cidade in 2018. In 2019, he founded CLUBE, with Gabriel Biselli, where he was responsible for architecture and furniture projects.
In July 2022, Luiz Solano founded his own architecture office, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Solano remains responsible for the production of CLUBE's furniture and in January he launched his first piece in the new office, the SM1 chair.
